They just don't understand summer vacation.

She's fanatical about her online boards. I'm not looking forward to her refusing to go to bed because "I can't pause now mom - the game won't let me".

When I started first grade, it was Sept. 1st, I remember because the next day was my birthday.
And while I'm not exactly sure, I think school ended that year the first week of May.
Hell, even christmas vacation is some bullshit like 3 days.
