as in Civ II was the best, and although demand is high for Civ IV, the returns decrease over time.

I ran Civ 1 on a 16 Mhz 386 with no hard disk.

I played it till my eyes fell out of my sockets.

Why build when you can simply oppress? Give all your production over to units and wonders. Build railroads up to your enemy's front door, then send over a cannon.
